TechRadar : After BSNL launched its free national roaming in June this year, MTNL has now announced that it would be soon offering a free roaming scheme to enable its users to receive incoming calls at no extra cost while they are travelling at any location outside Delhi and Mumbai.
Currently, MTNL customers have to pay roaming charges for incoming calls when they are outside both these cities.
