Star Mine News : Early this week, Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg announced that the largest social media network is currently testing an additional button that will work side by side with the Like function. It won’t necessarily be named as the Dislike button, but the public hype is all ready steering scammers to take advantage.
Scammers tap users’ curiosity to click on the “get newly introduced Facebook Dislike button on your profile” link. It appears as though the Dislike button is an invite-only feature, which increases anticipation from Facebook users. Upon clicking, the person is redirected to another page requiring them to share the link to five friends or groups before the button gets activated. Click here to know more.
