App Advice : With the updated Google Calendar, you don’t need to refer to another app, like Reminders or Clear, to create and check your to-dos. That’s because you can now set up and view your to-dos alongside your events right within Google Calendar thanks to its newly integrated support for reminders.
To create a new reminder in Google Calendar, just tap the plus button and select Reminders rather than Event. You can then start typing your reminder, with a little help from the app’s autosuggestions. Tap Done, set a due date and recurrence, tap Save, and that’s it.
You can also create reminders from your email in Inbox by Gmail, your notes in Google Keep, and your voice commands in Google Now through the main Google search app (e.g. “Ok Google, remind me to pay rent”), and they will automatically appear in Google Calendar.
