Wscounty Times : With the advent of a new academic year, Student Finance England (SFE) is urging students – and especially freshers – across the South East to be security savvy online to protect themselves from scammers trying to steal their finance.SFE, which pays maintenance loans and grants, is keen to make students at universities (including Brighton, Sussex, Oxford, Surrey, Reading, Southampton, Portsmouth and Kent) and Colleges (including Reading College and City College Brighton and Hove) in the area aware of the danger they face from online ‘phishing’ scams and is reminding them that they will never request a customer’s personal or banking details by email or text message.Click here to know more.
